EARLY ACCESS · UPDATED 24 OCTOBER 2026

Privacy information

What is stored

JioLah stores your name, email, a password hash, session records, workspace memberships, agent definitions, invitations, conversations, and provider connection settings in its server database. Provider API keys are encrypted using a key held on the application server.

AI requests

When you request an AI response, your message, recent chat context, and relevant agent instructions are sent to the provider you select using your workspace’s credentials. That provider’s own terms and data practices apply. JioLah does not send your saved API key back to the browser.

Who can see conversations

Workspace owners can access their workspace’s rooms. Other members can access rooms they are assigned to. Server administrators can access stored application data for operation and maintenance. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.

Cookies and logs

Session and workspace cookies keep you signed in and remember your workspace. Server access logs may contain IP addresses, requested paths, and request times. The public homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to serve them.

Retention and early access

Data remains on the service until removed through administration; automatic account deletion and a self-service data export are not yet available. Disconnecting a provider removes its stored credential from the active database; backups may retain earlier records. For account or data requests, contact the person who provided your JioLah access. This early-access service is still evolving.
